Profile: I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist working with adults, adolescents, & children. I have particular experience with adolescents facing exam anxiety & stress and with clients presenting with ADHD, supporting them in developing greater emotional & attentional regulation. My approach facilitates reflective, long-term work, helping clients explore underlying patterns that affect thoughts, behaviour, & relationships. I offer both in-person & online sessions from my practice in Clonskeagh, Dublin 14.
