About the Event
Welcome to the event When Words Are Not Enough happening at Teachers Club on November 7, 2025 at 10:30 AM (GMT). Join Association of Child Art Psychotherapists (ACAP) with Graham Music for a day filled with thought-provoking presentations and discussions. Graham Music, in collaboration with practicing Child Art Psychotherapists, explores the theme, ‘When Words Are Not Enough’.
Graham will be speaking on the importance of Play, Symbolism and Creativity in working with young people who have experienced trauma and disruptions in their early attachments.
There will be a light lunch served at 12.30pm and the opportunity to meet with colleagues and friends, old and new. In the afternoon we will be joined by esteemed ACAP members, Gerry Pollard, Oisin Dunne, Jayne Breslin and Dr Antonia O’Keefe, who will be presenting on the use and value of CAP within TUSLA, Education and CAMHS. We will wrap up the day with a group discussion and conversation between our presenting members and Graham Music.
This promises to be an engaging day, an opportunity to explore and reflect on the vital and specialist work we do. Please feel free to share this among fellow colleagues in the field of child and adolescent mental health.
