Profile: I am a Humanistic & Integrative psychotherapist. I qualified in 1998 & have 28 years’ experience. I currently work mainly with adults experiencing stress & difficulties in their lives & in their relationships. I believe that each person has within themselves the ability to heal the hurts & wounds they have experienced. I see my role as providing a safe place / relationship where a person can explore & discover all parts of themselves - thus becoming their true authentic selves.
