Profile: As a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist, my work is grounded in a person-centred approach. I tailor each session to the unique needs of each client, with a safe therapeutic relationship as the foundation. For working with trauma, I am trained to provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and parts work. Depending on each client's interests and goals, I also sometimes weave in elements of depth psychotherapy, meditation, therapeutic writing, nature, mythology, and symbolism.
