Profile: I am practicing psychotherapy in Dublin since 2014. I hold an MA in mindfulness-based Core Process Psychotherapy from the Karuna Institute in Devon & Middlesex University, UK. My therapeutic approach is relational, contemplative, & mindfulness-centred. Drawing on Western psychology & Eastern contemplative traditions, therapy is seen as a joint undertaking where we – client & therapist – investigate issues arising in the present with kindness & compassion to bring insight & healing.
