She assists her clients in self-exploration to develop awareness of their emotional & physical responses in the present moment to facilitate greater self-knowledge & enhanced well-being. Evelyn has a professional Diploma in Counselling from the Liberties College, Postgraduate Diplomas in Gestalt Psychotherapy & Integrative Body Psychotherapy. She is trained in Walk & Talk Therapy (outdoors in nature) & is currently training in Hakomi Therapy.
