Profile: I am a body psychotherapist and somatic trauma therapist in private practice since 2006. I have supported people through a wide range of presenting concerns including trauma, anxiety, chronic pain and the sense that something vital is missing in their life. I have an embodied process-led approach that follows what’s present in our body as well as our words. I offer sessions in Cahersiveen/Kerry & online.
