Profile: I am a trauma-informed humanist-integrative psychotherapist with training in somatic/body-focused work. My work is grounded in my belief in the human capacity for growth, change, & self-compassion. I accept each person for who they are without judgement. I work in a relational way, providing a safe, affirming therapeutic space for each client. My background is in mental health, palliative care, & psycho-oncology. Grief, trauma, cancer, existential issues, early life experiences, & mental health are particular areas of interest of mine.
