Profile: I am an accredited psychotherapist & member of IAHIP & ICP. I work with a humanistic integrative approach to therapy, which prioritises empathy, compassionate understanding, & respect. I further trained in DBT & Embodied approaches to working with Trauma which I integrate based on each individual’s needs.
