Profile: I work therapeutically from a systemic & relational approach. Rather than locating a problem within the individual, systemic therapy looks at the patterns between people - the cycles of interaction that can become stuck or painful over time. Often, these patterns make sense when understood in light of past experiences, attachment histories, ^ the pressures of everyday life. I also have a special interest in working with groups with over 15 years’ experience in facilitation/group-work.
