I believe every individual is doing the very best they can at a point in time; therefore, I ensure this space is judgement-free. I help individuals explore difficulties, finding a path through or learning to accept & grow around them. In therapy, individuals begin to understand the purpose of their behaviours or perspectives & develop compassion & skills to support themselves better in everyday life.
